This can be fixed!

Throw some heavy distortion over it and your good! w00t!

Bezo responds:

I've got a better one now that I, interestingly enough, made long before this one. This is...just terrible.

Wtf

I will give consent to your attempt at remaking a great song but it didn't even sound like In The End. It was completely unrecognizeable. A tip that really got me going in FL; reverb. Use reverb at any chance you get. If there's no reverb then it sounds fake. And if any of the reverbs your trying to use don't seem to fit the song then just use the default one. Rarely will you not need it.

Mushu-Productions responds:

I don't see how it didn't sound like In The End. The first piano bit was the actual in the end pian bit sped up. Then the regular tempo original mashed in with the faster.Short and simple re-endition of the song. And thx for the tip on reverb. I don't know where the crap it is in FL but I'll be sure to find it. ^.^

Seriously?

It's good. In fact it sounds like something that should be on Time Splitters. But not top 5. Like everyone else says, just not top 5 material. The tune is excellent, but in order to earn a respective rank it should sound more realistic (if that makes sense). This is something I could've made easily. In less than a few hours. At least you get some fame for a beginner eh? ;)

It's okay

But this is indeed too quiet and slow. It's good. But Mortal Kombat has always been aggressive and this doesn't fit. There needs to be more going on, and it needs to be violent. "A tune you can kill to", as Dan Forden once said.

Assios responds:

Thanks. This is a remix of the song... Not a remix that is supposed to fit the violence of the game.

Excellent riff

It's a good song but it's just too repetitive. And the clarity could really use a boost. Sorry to be critical but I'm just being honest. Still, it's good.

Kor-Rune responds:

Heh, yes, that is power metal for ya. I was also experimenting with micing up my amp rather than plugging straight into my computer.

Also, don't be afraid to give helpful critiques, if anything, I'd prefer that than "awsum track d00d kep it up lul".

Piano Perfection.

This is definitely something that could get me through a rough day. It's like depressing at the start but then gets up and shows everyone that there's nothing to be afraid of.

Reasoner responds:

Glad you enjoyed it :-D

Put this into action.

Advice; tone down the DrumGun just a bit. Other than that you got something cool going here.

Very good attempt. Enjoyable.

Something I think you messed up on was the General Rock genre. I'd put it in Electronica or something similar. I wish you could've used something else for the synth but that worked out fine. The effort is admirable.

prog17 responds:

Yeah I went with rock because I was worried there wasn't enough synth or electronic elements to get passed the guitars. I kinda am hitting myself in the head for that mistake but yeah, thanks for the review.

It didn't really work out well.

While this is industrial music there still needs to be some kind of tune. This was way out of tune. It didn't match in any way. The music you were going with at the start sounded pretty good though.

Are you serious!?

How the hell did you get Trent to send you the multi track!? I wish I had connections like that! Kudos to you man!
